Good evening parents,

There will be a short AGM prior to the banquet in order to elect the new board and approve the budget for the 2010 – 2011 season.  Attached please find the agenda.  We will also be having a silent auction with great items such as a Microsoft computer software and hardware package, a day of guided salmon fishing on the Miramichi River, a watch and a basket of quality 'lulujo' baby products, to name just a few.

Hope to see you all there!

Jenny Adam

Outstanding Accounts

Good morning parents,

We are nearing the end of the swim season and all accounts should be paid in full.  Please settle your accounts as soon as possible so that our treasurer can balance the books. Swimmers will not be eligible to compete in further meets if this is not done promptly. Please contact Ron Richards if you have any questions concerning your account.

Thank you,

Novice - East Coast Long Course

Dear Parents and Swimmers,

Upon further reflection of the toll that a three day long course meet will have on physical, mental and long term athlete development. The coaches have decided that anyone swimming in the novice groups will only be allowed to swim 2 out of the 3 days at the St. John Long Champs.

If you have any questions please feel free to contact either Marta (swimming@rogers.com) or Dom (fastcoach.dom@gmail.com).

Thank you for your time and understanding.
