Swim a thon

Hi Everyone,

 

It's great to see everyone back to swimming this season. I am looking forward to a great year.  

 

Our annual swim-a-thon is coming up on October 17 from 3:00pm – 5:00pm and I just wanted to remind everyone to get out and get those pledges!  We have some really great prizes that we can't wait to give away to the top fundraisers.  Anyone raising more than $250 is eligible to win and the top 3 get the prizes.  The money helps out everyone in our club. 

 

If you haven't received a package, or you want another sheet please see Marta and she can give you one.  

 

More information about that day will be sent later.

Officials Meeting

Hi Folks,

For those who have not had a chance to meet me about officiating issues, I will be available Sun, Oct 3 , from 4:45-5pm in room c210 at the UNB pool.

For those attending the Timers clinic please remember to read the clinic material at the Swim NB website, download and bring a copy of the Questionnaire.

Timer's clinic

We have arranged for a Level 1 Timekeepers Clinic on Sunday, October 3rd, from 3-5 in room C210 at the UNB Pool Building. All parents are welcome to come, no experience is necessary...

Fast Registration Incomplete

Hi Fast Families,

As of today there are 52 swimmers still not registered online.

As part of your registration requirements you must sign in to swim Canada from the link you were sent to complete your registration. This is mandatory!!!! NO exceptions!!!

Anybody arriving at the pool without having done this will not be allowed in the water! Marta will be sent the list of incomplete registrations on Monday and will turn away any not completed.

If you are missing the link please let me know ASAP.

Fast First Practice

Hi Folks,

Just a quick reminder that we are back in the pool this week...

Senior swimmers start Monday at 5:30 pm (there is no Monday morning practice this week!)
Age Group 1,2 and 3 start Monday at 7:15 pm
Novice Swimmers start Monday at 3:30 pm
Fishes start on Tuesday at 6:30 pm
Fishes Advanced on Tuesday at 7:15 pm

Remember to be on deck ready to swim 15 minutes before your practice due to start...

2010 Clothing Order Form

Hi Folks,

I have attached our 2010 Order Annual Clothing order form. This will be our only swimsuit order this year. Our prices are discounted and include all taxes. All sales are final so we highly recommend trying on clothing to ensure a proper fit. All clothing, including swimsuits and fins, will be available for sizing at registration. Marta and I will be available to assist with swimsuit sizing.

I have also attached the Fast Apparel and Equipment Policy.  Please remember all payments must be made by cheque only.

Registration Reminder

Hi Folks,

Check your calender as the Fredericton Aquanauts Swim Team registration is this week...We will have registration on Wednesday, September 15th from 6pm until 8 pm in room A116 at the Sir Max Aiken Pool Building for all competitive swimmers. We will have registration on Thursday, September 16th from 6pm until 8pm in the lobby of the Sir Max Aiken Pool Building for all Fishes and Fishes Advanced.

We apologize for any inconvenience and the late notice, however due to the loss of a corporate sponsor, we will be required to increase swim-a-thon fees from $50 as stated in the earlier email to $60 as they were last year.
