FAST Fun meet for swimmers age 10 & under

fast_header3.png

Hello FAST families,

For the first weekend of April (one session on Saturday, April 2, 2011) we are scheduled to organize FAST Fun Swim Meet for swimmers age 10 & under. We already started with preparations. I would like to send out a plea to ALL THE PARENTS of the swimmers participating at this meet to help out with organizing the meet. There is always something to do at the meet and your help will be much appreciated.

We need somebody (could be more than just one person) to take over organizing Canteen and somebody to take over organizing Hospitality (again could be more than just one person).

Canteen 'workers' would need to organize the food and beverage items that will be sold in Canteen and Hospitality 'workers' would organize the food and beverages that are required in the officials' room (for volunteers that are officiating on the deck we are preparing some finger foods and beverages that are served in the room and distributed on the deck).

Please contact Ivana Vukic-Lepir lepir@yahoo.com ASAP if you would be interested to help out with Canteen or Hospitality.

Also we would need help with timing. There is a lot of officials required to run the meet so we need any spare hand to help with timing. A level 1 clinic will be organized in March for those who did not have a chance to take it before. Details regarding clinic was already sent out to FAST families.

To offer your help with timing please contact Patti Ramsey at Pramsey@nbnet.nb.ca.

Thank you very much!

Ivana
